David John Olinskey, son of the late Raymond and Mary Ann (Delich) Olinskey, was laid to rest at Mound Grove Cemetery on Thursday, July 17, following a Mass at St. Cyril’s Catholic Church. He passed away on July 14 at his home. David was born on April 11, 1959 in Independence, Missouri. He grew up in Sugar Creek and was a member of the Van Horn Class of 1977. David had lived in Warrensburg, Missouri for 20 years. He was preceded in death by his father.
David is survived by his mother, his brothers Raymond J. and Paul M. Olinskey, his niece Renee Johnson, and his great-nephew Colton Hercules, along with many friends and relatives who will never forget him.
In his memory, the family encourages contributions to the St. Cyril Parish and the Sugar Creek CCRC.
